Justis.com chose Deepnet Unified Authentication platform to provide strong authentication for secure, remote VPN access for its mobile employees

LONDON, June 26, 2006 – Justis.com, a leading legal resource for case law and legislation for the UK and European Union, today announced that it has selected Deepnet Technologies, a leading provider of strong two-factor and two-way authentication solutions for enterprise, online banking and ecommerce, to provide secure VPN access to its remote and mobile employees.

Justice.com will deploy Deepnet’s Unified Authentication Platform, which combines Deepnet Mobile 2x2, an one-time password solutions for mobile phones and PDAs, and DeviceID, a device fingerprinting solution, to protect the network from security breaches caused by unauthorised devices. The solution will be fully integrated and available to Justice.com’s flexible workforce as of the beginning of the third quarter of 2006.

Deepnet’s Unified Authentication platform provides zero-footprint authentication solutions that utilise devices users already possess, computers and mobile phones, as the second-factor of authentication, resulting in end-to-end protection against phishing, spoofing, keyboard logging and other fraudulent attacks, without requiring users to carry any new hardware or install any new software.

“More and more enterprises are realising they need to get serious about providing stronger security to protect the integrity of their networks. Implementing strong two-factor and two-way authentication solutions will help achieve trusted mobility for Justis.com’s distributed workforce, regardless if they are at home or travelling, achieving increased productivity for its mobile workers without compromising security. We’re proud to have been selected to help Justis.com create a more secure connectivity. The deployment is expected to improve productivity while reducing the risks and costs that can be associated with mobile access.” said Yurong Lin, CEO of Deepnet Technologies.

“Justis.com realises the importance of providing secure remote access to its mobile employees. By deploying Deepnet’s Unified Authentication platform, we are able to deliver trusted mobility to our workforce by utilising hardware that we have already deployed, i.e. laptops, PDAs and mobile phones, and therefore cost-effectively protect our corporate access in an increasingly unsafe environment,” said Masoud Gerami, Managing Director of Justis.com."
