QuickID turns any mobile phone into an authentication token by sending one time password via SMS message to the user's mobile phone. It does not require the users to carry any hardware token or to install any software on their mobile phones, therefore saves business customers the cost of deployment, education and maintenance.
QuickID works as a stand alone solution or as a companion product to Deepnet MobileID. Companies that have deployed MobileID often also provide QuickID to users without JAVA enabled phones, or as an interim solution if a mobile phone has been lost or stolen.
QuickID is the simplest way of providing a secure two-factor authentication solution.
Secure One-Time PasswordOne-time password is generated upon successful verification of a user’s identity. The password expires after a preset period or upon usage. The one time password can be sent on demand in real-time or pre-sent to mobile phones to resolve the problem of network latency resulting in SMS delays or loss of network coverage. Works on all mobile phonesAll mobile phones can receive SMS text messages and therefore can be used with QuickID. Deliverable via multiple channelsIn addition to SMS message, QuickID also supports a variety of channels for receiving the one-time password including email, fax, and IVR systems. Users can choose to receive one-time passwords over a channel of their choice. |
